Giorgio Pinto, after completing his studies in Philosophy has dedicated himself to his greatest passion, cooking, and has perfected his skills by working side by side some of the greats in the kitchens of various well known Florentine restaurants. His methodology is deep and thorough and for every recipe he adds to his repertoire he delves in to the historical origins of the who, what, where and why a recipe was created and under what social circumstances.
