Two pastry philosophies: pantry cakes (which last a few days) and spooned sweets. Baking is an exact science which required meticulous attention to detail, devotion and dedication. Creativity can come into play once some basic techniques are mastered.
You will be accompanied by a professional pastry chef to enable you to recreate everything from breakfast pastries to cookies, cakes and a variety of spooned sweets on your own at home.
Basic pastry bases, pastry creams, icings and fruit compote preparations will be distributed over the two days in our kitchens.
