Shopping at the market

Visit one of the two ancient florentine markets (San Lorenzo, central market or Sant’ambrogio, famous for the farmer’s stands) or the two of them.

A bit of history of the market, a walk trough the stands to explain how to choose good ingredients with some tips on their use on italian recipes and to taste some of the most charateristic tuscan and italian foods.
